What can I do if goods faulty on arrival?

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we'll send you the replacement. If your products is out of stock we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

What can I do if goods Damaged in Transit?

Please kindly understand that all our price is Free On Board(FOB), so we are recommend you to buy cargo insurance for your products.

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you must complete the 2 step as follow:

  1. Please inform us of the fault within 3 days.

  2. Please contact the carriers about the fault immediately. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the delivery note accordingly and then we will do our best to help you claim for compensation.

Generally, if you have buy a full value insurance, you can get a full compensation. If you have not buy cargo insurance, you can get 200% of your goods shipping cost.

What can I do if goods Faulty in Warranty Period?

If your goods develop a fault in warranty period, please provide your product's information, include faulty detail, part No. series No. order No. etc. If we confirm the product is within its warranty period, you can return the item to us, when we were receipt it , we will ship replacement to you.. All Cisco products supplied by INS come with Cisco's standard warranty.

Can I return goods if I have changed my mind?

Generally, we don't accept to return goods except you have enough reason.

Goods which are ordered in error may be accepted for return with the consent of INS providing such return is made within 10 days of receipt and such Goods are returned in their unopened unmarked original packaging. Please note, such returns are subject to a 30% restock fee.

I got the wrong model or part number and I want to return it, what do I do?

If you got the wrong products(not what you ordered),please let us know within 3 days of receiving the product. And please return to us with its NEW and SEALED condition. When we receipt the return, We will replace the product with the correct model and if we can not replace the product, we then will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
