What can I do if goods Damaged in Transit?
Please kindly understand that all our price is Free On Board(FOB), so we are recommend you to buy cargo insurance for your products.
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you must complete the 2 step as follow:

Please inform us of the fault within 3 days.

Please contact the carriers about the fault immediately. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the delivery note accordingly and then we will do our best to help you claim for compensation.
Generally, if you have buy a full value insurance, you can get a full compensation. If you have not buy cargo insurance, you can get 200% of your goods shipping cost.
