Can I order without registering?
Yes you can order without registering but you will not enjoy additional discount if you registering with us. Before you place an order with us, you may must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. How do I place an order?
Please following below step:

Enter your quantity on this item

Click 'Add to Cart'

Click 'Continue Shopping' to select another products

Click 'Proceed To Checkout'

Select 'Checkout as guest' or 'Register an account'

For 'Guest account' key in your shipping infomation

Select Shipping method (eg. Fedex) on the radio button and click continue

Check back your shopping cart, vierfy your shipping information , select your payment method and then click 'Proceed to payment'

When you place an order on our website, you will receipt an automatic Email from our website

I have placed my order online, what happens next?
1. If you pay by PayPal, you will receive :
-
An automated receipt Email from INS, this lists the items you have ordered etc

An automated receipt e-mail from PayPal. This will confirm that your payment has been pre-authorized successfully
-
Once we have receipt your complete payment, our sales representative will send Email to you to confirm your order and your payment and your products shipping date

Then during working support hours, your order will be processed. On the evening, of the day of dispatch, you will also receive an Email from us. This will advise you that your order has left INS and on it's way to you. There will be parcel details and tracking information contained within this e-mail.
2. If you select another payment, you will receive:

An automated receipt e-mail from INS, this lists the items you have ordered etc

When you have successfully placed an order, our sales representative will send an Email to you within 24 hours. This Email will include our payment information

Once we have receipt your complete payment, our sales representative will send Email to you to confirm your order and your payment and your products shipping date

Then during working support hours, your order will be processed. On the evening, of the day of dispatch, you will also receive an Email from us. This will advise you that your order has left INS and on it's way to you. There will be parcel details and tracking information contained within this e-mail

How can I track an order I have placed?
To check your order status, login to your account on our website. Click 'Order History' button on the right of our website. You can see all information of your order on order history webpage.
If you don't see any tracking details, there may be several possibilities. 1) The tracking numbers have not yet embedded into the invoice. 2) The package shipped with a carrier other than FedEx. This is usually applicable to PO Boxes, International and oversized/truck shipments. 3) The order was dropshipped direct from the manufacturer. Or contact our sales representative to check your order status.
